We have 4 of these handsome sterling silver vintage mint julep cups, made anywhere from 1925 to 1950. With beading at both the rim and the base, these cups are classic copies of a 19th century Kentucky design. They measure 4 inches tall x 3-1/8 inches in diameter at the rim and 2-1/2 inches in diameter at the base. They are made by the Chicago Silver Company and bear its mark and the sterling stamp. This is a wonderful presentation piece that came out of the estate of Col. Jesse Gurney Vincent (1880-1962), former Vice President of the Packard Motor Co.
