This elegant but simple circa 1920s-30s sterling silver handled tea tray is by M. Fred Hirsch Co., Jersey City, New Jersey. Fisher took over the Hirsch firm in 1945. The tray weighs 57.5 troy ounces and is pictured holding a full-size 5-piece Gorham Plymouth tea service. Dimensions are 21-1/4 inches handle to handle x 13-1/4 inches; 17-1/2 x 12 inches of flat surface. A lovely tray with no monogram, so you can put on your own.

This wonderful and hard-to-find solid silver figure of a moose is made of 800 silver. On the bottom of the moose's left rear hoof is stamped 800, a half moon, and a crown. Dimensions are 5-1/2 inches in length, 3-1/2 inches high at the withers and 4-1/8 inches high at the antler. Weight is a hefty 9.06 troy ounces. Extremely well modeled and detailed from his expression to his coat, this is a great piece of decorative silver.
This attractive and useful vintage silver plate hot chocolate pot was made by Birks, considered to be Canada's greatest silver maker. Birks started in Montreal in 1879, and Henry Birks & Sons Ltd. purchased the Canadian subsidiary of Gorham in 1907. Sterling silver punch cups are rare as hen's teeth. This set of 10 repousse sterling cups are just gorgeous. Hallmarked by Garrard & Co. Ltd., of Regent Street, London in 1965, the cups measure 3 inches high, 5 inches from handle to rim, and 3-3/4 inches in diameter at the top. On each cup there are two blank cartouches suitable for engraving. The cups average about 5.78 troy ounces in weight.
