This rakish black leather panther is a great vintage sculptural piece, not signed but similar to the Abercrombie & Fitch leather animals of the 1960s. The leather has been stretched over an armature. With glass eyes, metal whiskers and ivory-like teeth, the panther is very realistic and well made. Dimensions are 35 inches long tail to nose, 26 inches long from nose to rump (without tail), 14-3/4 inches high at the withers, and 7-1/2 inches wide across the chest. This stainless steel, brass and glass contemporary table lamp is mid-century Industrial machine Age in style. It has that vintage Eames era look, and with that perforated dome, it resembles a high speed axle mechanism. It comes with a new flourescent bulb, ceramic socket and in-line cord switch. It will mix well with industrial, contemporary or Modernist interiors. Dimensions are 17 inches in height with a 7-inch base. Very cool indeed!

This exquisite circa 1920s lady's walking stick has a handpainted porcelain handle depicting a lady gathering flowers, accompanied by a winged cherub. The painting is precise with cobalt blue both above and below the painting. The handle measures 5 inches in length x 3/4 inch in diameter and tapers before it meets the slender stamped 14K gold collar. The macassar ebony shaft terminates in a 1-3/8 inch long bimetal tip. Overall length is 36 inches.

This elegant but simple circa 1920s-30s sterling silver handled tea tray is by M. Fred Hirsch Co., Jersey City, New Jersey. Fisher took over the Hirsch firm in 1945. The tray weighs 57.5 troy ounces and is pictured holding a full-size 5-piece Gorham Plymouth tea service. Dimensions are 21-1/4 inches handle to handle x 13-1/4 inches; 17-1/2 x 12 inches of flat surface. A lovely tray with no monogram, so you can put on your own.
