This interesting circa 1920s walking stick has a carved pelican's head for a handle. In its beak, the bird is holding what looks like a melon. Handle measures are 4 inches. The bird has glass eyes and the head sits on top of a rosewood shaft 1/4 inch in diameter and a 1-1/4-inch ivory tip. Overall length of this stick is 35-1/2 inches.

This is a fantastic Bakelite walking stick that features a polo player atop his horse. The Bakelite is green and yellow and has great striations.
